UEFA KISS Programme

Launched in 2005, the Knowledge & Information Sharing Scenario (KISS) aims to enhance professionalism within UEFA National Associations, by addressing critical issues faced by football managers in Europe more efficiently.

By providing better working tools to the middle management & executive staff, the national association will gain as a result of more effective management and problem solving.

Critical challenges include Media Rights Management, Digital Media, Fans Club, Stewarding & Security, Marketing & Sponsorship, Communication & Media Matters, Legal and Event Promotion.

From 2006 to 2010, our team has been playing a key role in the development of the UEFA KISS Programme.

Our responsibilities included:

  • Provide advice on both the strategy and implementation of the programme in collaboration with UEFA’s leadership team
  • Design (format and content) over 40 workshops and seminars. Prior to the seminars SINERGI and UEFA, together at preparatory meetings, identified key issues to be addressed and developed a range of education tools focusing on making the seminars interactive
  • Moderate over 40 workshops, maximizing the amount of interactivity and discussion
  • Lead a series of communities, composed by staff members of similar backgrounds from UEFA National Associations
  • Assist UEFA in the development of the UEFA KISS e-learning platform
  • Assist UEFA Member Association in the development of their own projects
